An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Project Manager to our client based in Frankfurt. This permanent position is well suited to an individual that is looking to work as part of a dynamic team working with Clients in Germany and Europe.
As a Project Manager you will be an integral part of the delivery team on various data centre projects. You will work closely with clients to ensure successful delivery. You will have strong commercial acumen and experience delivering fast-paced projects.
Qualifications
- A proven track record on critical engineering / data centre projects
- Proven track record delivering fast paced projects to tight deadlines
- Experience within the development phase of data centre projects
- Experience within the construction phase of data centre projects
- Excellent architectural/engineering knowledge
- Client negotiation and management capability
- Take on responsibility and motivate project teams
- Educated in engineering or building services
- VOB experience, JCT/FIDIC a plus
- Fluent in German and English language
