A unique opportunity to work client-side in a Owners Rep / Senior PM remit based on site 5 days a week in slough.
The role will oversee the build of a brand new Data Centre with responsibility managing the full cradle to grave project life cycle from pre-construction, to inception, through to commissioning and handover.
This long term opportunity will be paid on a day rate but offers long term security.
The role would suit an experienced Senior Project Manager with a bias in Mechanical & Electrical with front end CSA experience.
In a typical Owners Rep remit the role will be largely site based overseeing and managing the general contractor ensuring key milestones are hit on time and in budget.
Stakeholder management will also form a key part of the role
Experience / Skills:
- A proven track record on critical engineering / data centre projects
- Proven track record delivering fast paced projects to tight deadlines
- Experience within the development phase of data centre projects
- Experience within the construction phase of data centre projects
- Mechanical & Electrical bias with front end CSA experience
- A proven track record in Project Management remit gained either consultancy or client-side.
